When you're on holiday the last thing you need is to be worried the tours you've booked arent going ahead as planned, or that anything has changed. We offer complete peace of mind that if you ever need us we're always there for you via phone, email, facebook or your online booking account.
We understand that things change, and you dont necesserily want to be tied to commitments on holiday. So in the event they do, you can amend your booking without it costing you a thing as long as it's in time.
"In Time" differs with each trip, so you'll need to check on your scenario, but we'll always do our best to accomodate you. The only time we may not be able to do this is if we have had to book flights for you (for example from Sharm to Cairo) as there is a significant outlay for us.
In order to maximise profit, alot of tour operators group as many people as they can on tours, this can also include people of other nationalities.
Unlike other tour operators we keep our groups small and of the same nationality, so that your tour guide has more time for you giving you a much more personal experience on your special day. This also creates a nicer atmostphere within your party.
We dont expect you to have to get cabs to us, or even worse a map and find your way to your tours! So we'll collect you from your hotel for every trip, and after your time with us drop you back in comfort! - What could be easier!
